Commercial Motor Live set for 3-4 October

  • By Christopher Walton

The industry has a new must-attend event to add to its calendar: Commercial Motor Live.

Devised and run by the team behind Commercial Motor and Motor Transport, the event is designed to give operators access to all the latest vehicles and technology and to keep them abreast of the latest legislation.

This hands-on conference and exhibition will take place on 3-4 October at Millbrook Proving Ground, near Bedford. It is aimed at fleet engineers, transport managers and any manager who has responsibility for the efficiency and compliance of a commercial vehicle fleet and its drivers.

The conference programme offers eight sessions on each day, of which delegates can book two. There will be presentations covering compliance, enforcement, driver management, fleet efficiency, quiet deliveries, and the technical challenges the industry faces in the short term.

The extensive indoor and outdoor exhibitor demonstration zones will offer a full hands-on experience; the truck manufacturers present will offer ride and drives of their latest designs on Millbrook’s challenging test track and high-speed bowl.

Tickets to the event cost £80 (including breakfast and lunch), but an early bird discounted rate of £70 is available until 15 June.

Places will be strictly limited – so to avoid disappointment, book your place now by going to www.commercialmotorlive.com
